Client responsibilities

Intellectual property

Content, strategies, and deliverables we create for you become yours upon full payment. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, tools, templates, and know-how. The contents of this website are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform under the engagement.
